Conservative Congressional Choices
Just a quick note about who I am and what I'm trying to do. I'm 'semi' retired (escaped corp world), living on SS and part time teaching income. I've been active since the Kavanaugh attack. For me, that was the final straw....so here I am, trying to provide info in an easier to read format. Researching each candidate takes a lot of time and browser windows, and most of us are stretched as it is. We certainly can't depend on the legacy media! My hope is that this will help to consolidate information, to make a more informed choice at the ballot box.
Candidate profiles are being built based on primary date. Of course, with the current fluid situation, those are changing constantly. I'm trying to keep up with them and hope to have Oregon done today, for the mail-in deadline of Tuesday, May 19th, 2020. There is a bullet list of positions (based on reading through their sites or listening to interviews) are links to financial, social, government and news(?) sources. All info is publicly available, but sometimes hard to find.
These are the primaries and not the 'final say' so to speak. Remember though, every vote counts and sends a message, just like those voices that rang out loudly and clearly in Dist. 25 in CA! YEAH for CA-25 and Mike Garcia!!!
The next primaries are scheduled for June 2 with 8 states in that group, followed the next week by 5 more (13 to do in 3 weeks! yikes!). The shut-downs have bunched them up tightly. Please pray ? for me to have the strength and determination to get through them on time, to actually do some good. ?
