Daily Devotional Feb 7th 2021: At the Name of Jesus, Every Knew Shall Bow

When the enemy comes against Christians, unrestrained hate against God and His creation fuels its voracity. Satan's bidders and bidens hate us. The agents of evil hate themselves. With demonic fury, they mutilate themselves to become something 'trans'; transgender, transhuman. They kill their offspring by the tens of millions. They spread lies and demand conformity. But let us also welcome their persecution. Why? Because those who are persecuted for Jesus name's sake are blessed. There is one thing, though, one thing these people don't understand: they can't take our soul. They can't take our Salvation, and they cannot separate us from the Love of God.

Romans 8:31 - 8:39

31 What shall we then say to these things? If God [be] for us, who [can be] against us?
32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?
33 Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? [It is] God that justifieth.
34 Who [is] he that condemneth? [It is] Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.
35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? [shall] tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.
37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

I remember, during the dreaded Obama days, ISIS's influence was aggressively growing. Righteous men, women, and children were slaughtered in untold numbers; I saw a broadcast of ISIS preparing to murder a group of men. They led the condemned to a wooden make-shift-stage. One man, I shall never forget his eyes, smiled, and gave the camera his thumbs up. He knew they would murder him. But he also knew he would be in the presence of the Lord in paradise momentarily. Luke 23:43

I don't want to die by the hands of the enemy, and I pray no one will have to endure a violent end. I pray that even our enemies are safe, so we can live in peace as God has commanded us to pray. But if they gain control over our bodies and put us to death, know that their victory will be short-lived, and yours will last forever. The courage and faith of that man have left a deep impression on me. In the end, everyone will accept Jesus, and no persecution, no theft, no lie, and no murder can change that.

Philippians 2:10

“That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;”
King James Version (KJV)

This devotional may be hard to read for many. But I want us to be prepared so that we never denounce Jesus, ever; that we may always rejoice, knowing we are His children, children of God. Think not that the church will be saved from persecution by a rapture. If readers wish, I will write a devotional about the subject; just DM me, or comment below. Stay blessed, brothers and sister.

Let us pray then, for those who are facing persecution:

Matthew 5:10 - 5:16

10 Blessed [are] they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
11 Blessed are ye, when [men] shall revile you, and persecute [you], and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.
12 Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great [is] your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.
13 Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.
14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.
15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.
16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

Lord, I bring before you the men, women, and children, wherever they are, who are persecuted for your name's sake.
I pray for their protection, O Lord.
Lord, increase their faith to blot out any and all fear of the enemy.
Give them the strength to face the enemy and let him know, they have not won.
Protect the lives of all whose names are written in the Book of Life.
Let all their pain dissipate and be replaced with divine joy, knowing that they serve the Way, the truth, and the Light (John 14:6).

In Jesus' name,
Amen

BIDEN’S FOLLYTHE LAW OF UNINTENDED CONSEQUENCESWhat it Means to Eliminate the Oil Industry Among Other ThingsBy E.P. Unum I wrote this essay back in the summer of 2020. Now that Joe Biden is President, it bears repeating because much of what feared has, sadly, already taken place. Many Democrats and Liberals like to shout and scream about how we all need to become more climate-conscious. They like to march down streets and wave their placards and makeshift flags about the need to eliminate fracking and do away with fossil fuels. Make no mistake, the self-anointed leader of the Democratic Party, Joe Biden promised during his Presidential campaign that he would not "do away with fracking or oi
